Delivery

1. Delivery dates

Goods that are on stock in our headquarter are handed over to our delivery service provider DHL in general within two working days after receipt of the order and of the purchase price. Within Germany, DHL delivers our packages in general within 1-2 working days.

2. Shipment costs and shipments outside Germany

If the shipment is made to an address in Germany, the shipment costs are 5.99 EUR.

Outside Germany, we serve the following countries:

• EU Member States and Great Britain (Shipment costs: 15.99 EUR);
• European countries outside the EU (Shipment costs: 26.9 EUR);
• USA, Canada and Israel (Shipment costs: 29.99 EUR).

3. Right of withdrawal

Going beyond the fourteen days right of withdrawal provided by law we grant our customers a 30 days right of withdrawal und bear the costs for the return shipment. For more details please see our instruction on the right of withdrawal.

4. Retention of property rights

We retain the property rights regarding our products until the purchase price has fully been paid by the customer.

5. Applicability of our General Terms and Conditions

Our General Terms and Conditions are part of all contracts we conclude.
